How does the Family Homebuyers process work?
The submission process is quite easy. All you will need to do is complete our "Make me an Offer" Form. Once you have completed our form, you will be contacted by our House Buying Specialist to confirm the details of your property. They will discuss with you the options you have for selling your home quickly and will make YOU an offer to buy your house. If you are in agreement with the offer, a house buying specialist will come out to your house to inspect the property and complete the paperwork.

We will buy townhouses, condominiums, duplexes, multi-tenant buildings, beach property, retail office buildings, farms, land, or any building that has deeded land attached, such as manufactured housing or mobile homes.

Where do you buy property?
We currently buy property in The District of Columbia and in the states of Maryland, and Virginia. While we plan to service many more states in the coming months we currently only serve those areas. However, if you know of a promising property in an area outside of DC, MD, and VA, please let us know and we will be able to contact a company in our network that will be happy to assist you

Am I obligated to use your service once I fill out your form?
You have no obligation at all if you submit an information form, show your property to Family Homebuyers and our house buying network, or receive an offer to buy your house. You are under no obligation at all. All we ask for is the opportunity to make an offer for your house. You decide if the offer works for you. You are only obligated to our service if you have entered into a purchase agreement with us. You would have a similar obligation with any real estate transaction.
